JOB DESCRIPTION-:

About the Role:

We are hiring a Process Coordinator who will act as the link between various teams, ensuring tasks flow smoothly, deadlines are met, and processes are followed efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task & Process Management-:

-Coordinate daily task lists and ensure on-time execution

-Follow up with internal teams (Sales, Design, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) for task status

-Maintain and update process trackers and delegation sheets

  • Reporting & Documentation-:

-Collect daily/weekly updates from departments and present them to reporting heads

-Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure process adherence

-Assist in internal audits, compliance checks, and performance evaluations

  • Communication & Coordination-:

-Serve as a communication bridge between managers and team members

-Schedule and manage internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

-Coordinate between clients and team (where required) to ensure project timelines are met

  • Issue Escalation-:

-Identify bottlenecks or delays in processes

-Escalate unresolved issues to senior management

-Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

Key Skills Required:

-Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

-Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-Basic understanding of internal processes in service-based companies (plus point)

Preferred Qualification:

-Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)

-Fresher
