Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to support day-to-day business operations by handling data processing, documentation, and workflow management tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timing:

This is a night shift position: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST. Candidates must be open to working in this schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage assigned operational processes efficiently within defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to process activities.
  • Perform validation and analysis to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues or discrepancies of clients.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) adherence.
  • Support audits and process reviews with required documentation and data.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Technical background is highly preferrable.
  • 0–3 years of experience in data management, or process-related roles.
