Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur for a Process Associate - Data Management. The Process Associate will manage, organize, and analyze data sets to support informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include data extraction, data cleaning, data storage, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data-related requirements and reports preparation will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Management, Data Analysis, and Data Storage techniques
  • Strong skills in Data Entry, Data Cleaning, and maintaining data accuracy
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, databases, and other data management software
  • Basic understanding of organizational policies and regulatory compliance in data handling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Prior experience in the banking or finance sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
