- Perform data entry, record keeping, and database management tasks.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing.
- Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks among team members.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and office organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with a positive attitude towards challenges.
