Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Insurance

The objectives of this Genpact operations unit is to tie with the overall aims of Tango. The group aims to provide a high standard of service for Tango and therefore its end clients in US/ UK / Canada.

The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, 'can do" attitude.

You must also be willing to work in flexible and varying shifts through the year. As a part of the team you must react proactively, positively, patiently and effectively for seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving.

Work Process:

Bond Claims Intake process starts when an email or fax is received in the Claim Intake Dashboard. The Genpact processor is responsible for the intake item for further handling or assignment by onshore. When acknowledgement letters are required, the processor will prepare and distribute the letters. Upon conclusion of the work unit, the intake item will reflect a status of either completed or closed.

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor intake dashboard and work upon incoming request using FIFO method
• Thoroughly review incoming requests and input the Loss Notice Received Date and then prepare the item for assignment by providing various data elements and attaching documents to the applicable claim intake tabs.
• Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
• Provide customer service to Claim Handlers, operations staff across the country(s) and other functions within Travelers. Contact internal resources to research and resolve issues
• Take ownership for work-in-progress issues as an individual and team member by continuously looking for ways to improve/streamline work and procedures which increase the efficiency of the team. Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team and office goals are met.

• Graduate - Any
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment
• Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work
• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• High customer service orientation.
• Good Communication & written English skills
• Excel Skills – Intermediate
• MS Word- Intermediate
