Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling business processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day business operations and process-related activities.
  • Manage and maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks as per process guidelines.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues.
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards in all assigned processes.
  • Prepare and analyze data for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Support senior team members in achieving process-related goals.
  • Handle customer or client queries professionally, if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Prior experience in operations, data processing, or back-office roles is a plus.
