
Process Coordinator

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate various processes within the organization, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize Google Sheets extensively for data management, tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Assist in training team members on process-related tasks and tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process execution and data management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for process optimization.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process coordination or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
