**Key Responsibilities** **Task & Process Management**
- Coordinate daily task lists and ensure on-time execution
- Follow up with internal teams (Sales, Design, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) for task status
- Maintain and update process trackers and delegation sheets

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Collect daily/weekly updates from departments and present them to reporting heads
- Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure process adherence
- Assist in internal audits, compliance checks, and performance evaluations

**Communication & Coordination**
- Serve as a communication bridge between managers and team members
- Schedule and manage internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate between clients and team (where required) to ensure project timelines are met

**Issue Escalation**
- Identify bottlenecks or delays in processes
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong **coordination and follow-up** abilities
- Proficient in **Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)**:

- Excellent **written and verbal communication**:

- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of internal processes in service-based companies (plus point)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
