The Fit Cubs is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children aged 2 to 10 years through sports activities. We offer in-school programs aimed at instilling a love for physical activity and promoting holistic development in young minds.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role at The Fit Cubs. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. This role will also involve providing general office support, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The position is based in Bengaluru **Hybrid work. Some Time Client Visiting work. Event Management.**
**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
