Job Title: Area Sales Officer (Remote) - Menswear Shirts

**Location**: Remote (Target States: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh)

We are a premium menswear fashion brand specializing in occasional wear shirts. Serving major online platforms like Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa, as well as offline retailers and distributors, we are renowned for delivering exceptional quality and style.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Development**:

- Identify and onboard retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in the assigned state(s).
- Drive new business and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Act as the main liaison for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

**Order Management**:

- Manage order placements, track deliveries, and collect feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

**Payment Collection**:

- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain up-to-date payment status reports for management review.

**Reporting & Insights**:

- Submit weekly and monthly reports detailing sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **menswear shirt sales**, with a robust network of retailers and distributors.
- Comprehensive understanding of the retail and distribution landscape in at least one of the target states.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals in a remote setup.
