Position: Sales Officer (This is field sales job for selling agri input products and to onboard farmers in the system)
Target:- Monthly sales target with 100 farmer onboarding in the system.
Qualification: B.Sc Agriculture,, M.Sc. (Agri/Horti), MBA Agri-Business, Anyone with experience in agri product sales experience.
Experience: Fresher Candidates or with experience in the field of Sales in Agriculture sector only.
Work Location: Open for all over India
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with the farmers understand their problems and give the product suggestion as per their requirement.
- Researching and analysing sales options.
- Onboard farmers in the system.
- Those who are interested in becoming entrepreneur has good opportunity with us.
- Visit farmers in the local area explain how better the product is and generate sales for agri input products.
Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge & experience in the field of Agriculture (Fertilizer, Pesticide, Bio-Stimulant Divisions).
- Should be willing to work in local area.
- Individual with good regional languages with communication skills.
- Good connect with farmers and crop scheduling knowledge, crop pattern knowledge.
- Experience in FPO is plus point.
- Even this is remote job its not work from home its fields job where you have to visit farmers and sell the products.

Job Type: Full-time
Fix + variable : Salary is based on the sales generated every month and target achieved.
