As a CRM Specialist at DEVDUTT EXPORTS BHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED you will be an integral part of our customer-focused team, responsible for enhancing customer experiences, engagement, and satisfaction. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you will contribute to our growth and success in the FMCG industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools and technologies to analyze customer data and behaviors, identifying opportunities to improve customer interactions.
- Create and manage customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized communication and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals.
- Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, leveraging data and feedback for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM to remain competitive.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
