**Role Objectives**:

- Assisting the Sales / Marketing Manager
- Preparing a database of the prospective customers from websites, directories and other sources available online and offline.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Check the Projects Database every week and generate a pipeline for sales team to work on.
- To provide weekly sales report to management and even on a daily basis.
- Responsible to
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and fix up appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the respective managers
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with customers who are not already in the database
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the Team Managers to update information and discuss any issues
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas
- Provide Back End Support to all field sales staff, Pan India.
- Ensure logging of all Leads and Meeting Follow-ups in the system.
- Follow-up with sales team members for weekly reports for Sales Review meetings.
- Assist the DH for sending out the regular mailers as part of the Lead / Enquiry generation Campaign.
