Require for Sales Executive.
Job Responsibility:
1. To Identify Potential clients and sell them services and products.
2. To build and maintain relations with all clients/ potential clients for sales, upselling etc.
3. Coordinating with Clients, Operations and Accounts team as the case may be for smooth handling of clients.
4. Collection of Payment
5. Building of the sales funnel.
6. To create, maintain and update databases of customers and other relevant data related to customers.
7. Collection of market / client data for report and analysis purposes.

Educational Qualification:
1. Any Technical Degree from a recognized institute.
2. Minimum qualification - BE / BTech.
3. Good to Have - MBA

Background / Experience:
1. Field sales for technical product/ service
2. Field sales experience of 1 year or more
3. Good to have - dealt with oil marketing companies such as IOCL / BPCL / HPCL etc

Industry Preference:
1. DG Manufacturers / Service Providers/ Installation - GEMCO, CAT, Sterling and Wilson, Cummins, Sudhir Power.
2. Elevator manufacturing / installation / service providers - OTIS, Schnindler elevator, kone, ThyssenKrupp
3. HVAC companies
4. Facility management companies - CBRE, JLL, UDS, SMS Corp, Cushman and Wakefield etc.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
