- This will entail analyzing data and addressing queries/concerns of **Sellers** over **multiple communication channels, conducting webinars on SEM activity, providing insights on how to optimize Ad campaigns to improve sellers’ visibility on Walmart to end customers.**:

- Act as a primary solution provider to Sellers/end customer/ SPOCs that are looking forward to have an issues/ concern addressed
- Continuously strive to provide a world-class experience to sellers/partners
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers/partners
- Achieve successful first-time resolution on all seller contacts
- Liaise with other departments such as client POCs, clients’ product team as required to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using client’s knowledge base resources, policies and procedures
- Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**:

- Quantifiable experience within a customer/client service and contact center environment
- US English proficiency
- Demonstrated effective, clear and professional written and oral communication and attention to detail
- Customer oriented
- Understanding of quality and metrics processes
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
- Demonstrated appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
- Keen logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
- Good Data Handling and Computer Skills.

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSETS AND KNOWLEGDE**:

- a solid understanding of how search engines work and how to use their tools and features. You need to be familiar with keyword research, bidding strategies, ad formats, landing pages, quality score, conversion tracking, and analytics.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
