**Job Title: IT Desktop Technician**

**Location**: On-site (as required)

**Job Type**: Part-Time (As per requirement)

**Roles and Responsibilities: Hardware Installation & Maintenance**:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing hardware to ensure optimal performance.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide timely on-site or remote support to resolve hardware issues.
- Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Assist in the procurement of hardware components when required.
- **Network Support**:

- Set up and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Document all service requests, incidents, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Create and update user guides or technical documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience hardware and technical field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant IT certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and virtual machines.
- Prior experience working with remote teams or clients in different time zone
- Proven experience as an IT Hardware Specialist, IT Technician, or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge, hardware components, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to respond to urgent hardware requests on short notice.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a part-time position.
- It is advisable to work on-site three to four days each week.
- Flexibility to work during off-peak hours, including evenings as required.
- Depending on the client, the work will be remote/on-site.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly Compensation will be done. It will be in form of cheque or directly bank transfer

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Rotational shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
