**Position: CRM Executive**

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Work Timings**: Day Shift | 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM

**Work Mode**: In-Person (Office-based)

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-time

**Experience**: 0.6 - 2 years

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and empathetically.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in developing customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Meet service-level agreements and contribute to overall team targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or client service.
- Proficiency in CRM software tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to analyze customer data and suggest actionable improvements.

**Languages Preferred**:

- Proficient in **English** and **Tamil**:

- Spoken language of **Hindi** or other regional languages will be an added advantage

**Annual CTC Estimate**:

- ₹1.6 - ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
- 0.6 - 2 years experience
- Performance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving targets.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
