**About the job**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 360-degree HR Recruiter professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment: - Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent for client requirements.
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and/or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software preferred Benefits:
