Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruitment Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to go the extra mile. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and working directly with top clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver the right talent in the right timelines.
  • Work proactively to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to build strong recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • A compassionate and dedicated individual who believes in teamwork and integrity.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required.
  • Someone who wants to grow with the company and contribute to its success.
  • Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates are preferred.
