Company Overview At Nexus Jobs we specialize in empowering talent staffing services and have extensive experience in pan-India hiring We provide a wide range of corporate manpower services and industrial employment services focusing on delivering end-to-end manpower solutions tailored to our clients specific needs Based in Jaipur we cater to both freshers and experienced candidates offering diverse career opportunities Our services include immediate placements and part-time full-time and freelance engagements Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team in Jaipur This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience As a Human Resources specialist you will play a vital role in recruitment onboarding and employee relations within the organization ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 1 year in similar roles Effective communication and negotiation skills are required Proficient in onboarding processes ensuring new employees acclimate successfully into the organization Mandatory skill Strong employee relations skills to manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts efficiently Mandatory skill Experience with interview scheduling coordinating between different departments and candidates to facilitate timely meetings Hands-on experience with payroll processing ensuring accuracy and adherence to company regulations and policies Competency in performance management by developing strategies to evaluate employees work and goals Capability to manage talent by identifying and developing key individuals for leadership roles within the company Ability to conduct compensation analysis to maintain industry competitiveness and ensure internal pay equity Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings to conducting preliminary interviews and assisting in decision-making Facilitate the onboarding process engaging with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles Maintain positive employee relations by resolving workplace issues and fostering a collaborative environment Schedule and coordinate interviews liaising between candidates and interviewers to manage time effectively Oversee payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salary taxes and benefits Implement and manage performance management systems to improve employee productivity and goal achievement Assist in talent management initiatives to identify and nurture potential leaders within the organization Conduct compensation analysis to ensure fairness and competitiveness in the company s remuneration policies
