**Job Description: Sales Executive (US/North America Region)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement & Account Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the US/North America region.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to address business challenges.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting key accounts.
- Promote and sell subscription/recurring business solutions effectively.
- Employ solution-oriented and consultative sales approaches to showcase value to clients.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and industry trends.
- Qualify leads, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to influence product development.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of client-facing experience with US or North American customers.
- Proven track record in target account selling, subscription/recurring business selling, and solution/consultative sales.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions confidently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,722.62 - ₹36,529.48 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
