- Assist project managers by monitoring project budget and schedule, performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintain project tracking logs such as actions, issues, minutes, decisions, change, and risk log.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/workshops for project team, help develop project presentation materials.
- Planning, scheduling, and reporting support to the project team. Provide support during the project planning/execution phases including a development of project plans, scope, and related PMO documentation.
- Gather project plan details from the project management team and assemble into a project plan. Develop and monitor resource plans, actively working out issues in the plan, and project status reports.
- Assist Project Managers by monitoring compliance to Program Management Office standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Requires 1 years’ experience associated with supporting project planning and execution.
- Team player, willing to learn, flexible, with the right mix of communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment are must have.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable to multi-task and prioritize in the fast-paced corporate environment.
- Documentation management. Ability to use any project management tools and MS Office.
Must have requirement: Ability to support the 2nd shift.
Working hours: 16:00 to 1:00 (4:00 pm to 1 am IST). The total of 8 hours with 1 hr reserved for a break
