**JOB PROFILE**:
Ø Responsible for Control/Track/Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence with Project Manager.

Ø Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the documents being submitted to Client.

Ø Manages in real time documents (engineering and vendor) in the Project Document Databases

Ø Responsible for defining and managing the project documentation processes including generating version controls, maintaining accurate document registers, databases, and workflows.

Ø Responsible for co-ordination, collaboration and version control allocation for project documentation, like: requests for Information, design notes, sketches, cad drawings, 3D BIM files, reports, specifications, tender documents, contract documents, programmes, technical submittals, instructions, presentations, commissioning data, O&Ms and H&S information.

Ø Define and manage the document naming conventions, workflows and control the structure of the system.

Ø Filing, updating and co-ordination of drawings and support documents to enable easy access to documentation for all relevant stakeholders and for auditing purposes.

Ø Responsible for generating system-based reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as required.

Ø Regularly issue Communication status.

Ø Maintain the register of users ensuring timely addition and removal of users at appropriate security levels as well as provide user support and coordination.

Ø Liaise with Project Manager and other team members to ensure document control requirements are being met and additional needs are mutually understood.

Ø Regular periodic backup (electronic copy) & archiving documents as per established procedure.

Ø Comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements regarding the documentation handled.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**: Any Degree - Any Specialisation

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:5 to 10 Years

**TOOLS**:Ms. Office, ISMS

**TYPE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Ø Experience in the field of Oil & Gas, Offshore, Refinery & Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals etc.
