EXPORT DOCUMENTATION/EXIM
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare Purchase order in ERP System for Suppliers/Manufacturers.
- Co-ordinate with Warehouse for Dispatch of Material.
- Prepare E-way Bill for Dispatch of Material from Warehouse.
- Making and handover of Shipping Mark stickers to supplier and warehouse.
- Prepare pre-Shipment documents such as
a) Invoice
b) Packing List
c) Shipping Instruction
d) Proforma Invoice
e) Sales Contract
f) Export Value declaration + Scomet etc.
- Follow up for Post Shipment Documents with CHA/Freight Forwarder
- To prepare documents concern to Bank requires submitting as export proof and Payment regularization with Bank.
- Follow up with Exim Consultant
- To prepare documents concerning ISO Requirement.
- Knowledge of Draw back and RODTEP Govt. Scheme
- To co-ordinate with Accounts and dispatch department.
- Follow up with FIEO
- Knowledge of LUT Bond and GST Structure.
**Qualification & Experience**
Any Graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience in import/export documentation. Certificate course or Diploma in Import/Export/EXIM will be preferred
