Sales Executive

**Consultative Selling**:
- Offer expert advice and guidance on various study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, visa procedures, and accommodation options.
- Assess student profiles and suggest the best study destinations, universities, and programs based on their academic and personal aspirations.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Provide personalized follow-up to ensure students have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
- **Sales Strategy & Reporting**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive and innovative.
- **Collaborative Efforts**:
- Work closely with marketing teams to align on lead-generation campaigns and promotions.
- Attend education fairs, webinars, and other promotional events to represent the agency and generate new leads.
- **Customer Support & After-Sales Service**:
- Provide post-enrollment support by answering queries related to visa processes, accommodation, and travel.
- Assist students and parents in navigating the pre-departure process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Continuous Learning & Professional Development**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new study destinations, visa regulations, and the global education landscape.
- Continuously refine sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
