**Job Overview**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Freshers to 1 year of experience
- Provide efficient and timely support.
- Act as the first point of contact and provide required information to the customers and answer their queries.
- Handle and prioritize incoming support tickets.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in English, Hindi and one Regional Language (South Indian language will be an added advantage)
- Ability to handle the client queries and provide the required information to the customer.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good Soft Skills.
