Key responsibilities:
- To streamline our operations and align our systems within the CRM management framework, we aim to enhance the entire workflow, spanning from lead generation to project delivery and subsequent service calls.
- Creating new profiles on CRM management based on the job title of employees and franchise owners.
- Your main responsibility is to oversee the seamless operation of the CRM-ERP software and promptly resolve any technical issues that may emerge.
- Install and configure software and hardware, manage network and technology tools, set up accounts and workstation, monitor and maintain systems according to requirements, troubleshoot issues and outages, install and upgrade computer components and software and integrate automation processes.
- Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing CRM- ERP Software effectively.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on new software and hardware implementations.
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles to empower users with self-help resources.
- You are the primary point of contact for franchise partners and employees, responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting all hardware and software issues. It is essential to possess the patience required to effectively communicate with them, providing user training as necessary.
- You handle both budget management and material orders independently, ensuring that you prioritize and streamline requests effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
