**Helpdesk Executive (Real Estate Builder Company)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to their home or office, provide timely resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions, log and track complaints, and prepare reports on complaint trends and resolution efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales and facility management to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive communication, after-sales service support, and ensuring a smooth handover process.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in a **customer service/helpdesk** role (Preferred in real estate, hospitality, or service industry)
- Fluency in **English and local language** (Additional languages will be an advantage)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
