Help Desk Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Salary range upto 26,000 in hand

Applicant should be a graduate with good Communication Skills and should have relevant experience in handling Help Desk operations.
- Maintain an aggressive hospitality outlook by anticipating site needs. Actively and energetically seek opportunities to resolve any and all guest concerns in poised and confident manner.
- Cooperate, Coordinate and Communicate with other departments as required.
- Help to ensure that any complaint or problem and/or emergencies are handled in an expeditious and satisfactory manner.
- Familiarity with Premises/Society Rule book, Residents and staff and how to act upon them.
- Encourage and support positive Team Member relations and Guest satisfaction.
- Send Daily Reports, Weekly Reports and Monthly Management Reports and cleaning reports
- Keep track of all Club bookings and coordinate with Occupants with a hassle free service.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 per year
