Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Help Desk Executive will be responsible for providing help desk support, delivering exceptional customer service, and compaints management. The daily tasks includes managing day to day compaints, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of communication and efficiency.
