**Job Type**: Full-time / Shift-based (24x7 Rotational)

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Helpdesk Executives to join our 24x7 customer support team, ensuring prompt issue resolution and exceptional service for our valued customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for connectivity issues and provide first-level resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding ticket status and resolution timelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the zonal office team and coordinate to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with zonal teams and provide updates to customers on issue progress.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and ticket resolutions.
- Ensure professional and empathetic communication with customers across all channels.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Minimum Graduate in any field.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- **Customer Service**: Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of internet connectivity, troubleshooting, and networking is advantageous.
- **Work Environment**: Willingness to work rotational shifts (24x7).
- **Problem-Solving**: A customer-centric approach with strong analytical skills.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with Helpdesk ticketing systems and basic computer proficiency.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Prior experience in customer support or helpdesk roles, especially in ISPs or telecom companies.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
