Helpdesk Executive

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from end-users and co-ordinate with vendor for the same.
- Coordinate and prioritize helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, ensuring timely updates and closure of tickets.
- Vendor co-ordination for quotation and other purchase related queries.
- IT assets inventory management.
- Asset Management
- Develop standard operating procedures for IT support staff that outline how problems are identified, documented, assigned and corrected.
- Coordination with external vendors for any Quotation related query.
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
