**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- **Ticket Management**: Track and manage support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved.
- **User Assistance**: Assist users with setting up and configuring IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
