IT Helpdesk Executive

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from vendors as well as from end-users.
- Coordinate and prioritize helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and closure of tickets.
- Vendor co-ordination for quotation and other purchase related queries.
- IT assets inventory management.
- Develop standard operating procedures for IT support staff that outline how problems are identified, documented, assigned and corrected.
- Coordination with external vendors on any Quotation related query.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
