**Title**: Business Development Executive

**Location** : Vadodara
**Roles & Responsibility**:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals to potential clients.
- Manage sales pipelines and meet or exceed targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1-2yrs **of proven experience in a **BDE** into **IT domain** or similar role.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Should have Proven work experience in Platforms Like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
