**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Social Media Executive** to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing engaging content strategies across digital platforms, with a focus on social media. If you have a flair for storytelling, a strong understanding of social trends, and a passion for travel, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, video scripts, carousels, and promotional content.
- Regularly post reels, stories, and carousels across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and DMs, and coordinate lead transfers to the sales team.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to create compelling visual content.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
- Stay updated on current trends in travel, content, and social media to keep our presence fresh and relevant.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to write in a tone consistent with the brand.
- Proficiency in Instagram and short-form video content.
- Organized, multitasking professional comfortable working across teams.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Bonus points for writing witty one-liners and engaging reel scripts.
