Key Responsibilities:
As our Business Development Executive, you'll embark on an exhilarating journey where your daily tasks include:
**Call Master**:Take charge of handling calls like a pro. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and leads.

**Lead Generation**:Proactively identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and market research.

**Sales Focus**: Devote your energy and passion to showcasing our products/services to potential clients, effectively communicating their value, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

**Business Ascender**: Elevate our business to new levels by identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and innovative strategies.

**Customer Whisperer**:Understand our customers' needs, feedback, and concerns. Champion their cause within the organization.

**Data Maverick**: Crunch numbers and analyze data to make informed decisions and create strategies that drive business growth.

**Brand Ambassador**:Represent our academy with passion and professionalism at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.

**Market Explorer**:Dive deep into market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and potential partnerships.

**Targets and Results**:Set and consistently exceed sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to personal and team success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of the English language and online education is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
