**Role Summary**:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by meeting potential and existing customers in person. They build strong client relationships, promote products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit potential and existing clients to present company products and services.
- Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the internal teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and back office for order processing and deliveries.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales or outdoor marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
- Good knowledge of local geography and market trends.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
**Preferred Qualification**:
- Graduate in any stream (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, Retail, Telecom, etc.).
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Field sales: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi,English,Marathi (preferred)
