**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding our products/services.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with our brand.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the customer care team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

- Sasni, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
