The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the hotel by identifying potential clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting hotel services and facilities. The role involves actively pursuing sales opportunities to maximize occupancy, revenue, and overall profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calls, and site visits.
- Handle corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and other potential client segments.
- Promote and sell hotel rooms, banquet facilities, F&B packages, and other hotel services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall hotel revenue goals.
- Organize and participate in sales calls, sales blitz, and trade shows as required.
- Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Banquet, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery for client bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client contacts, and business leads in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Assist in creating sales reports, forecasts, and marketing plans as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the hotel professionally at all times.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
