**Job Title: Business Development Executive - Retail Sales**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new retail clients and distribution partners.
- Build strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Organise and execute in-store promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Provide product training and support to retail partners and their staff.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client visits and market development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised.
