Elline Techmart Pvt. Limited is a leading provider of workshop tools, equipment, and consumables in India. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation:Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the workshop tools, equipment, and consumables industry.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Actively promote and sell Elline Techmart's products and services to new and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
Sales Support and Administration:Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Participate in product training sessions and workshops to remain up-to-date with new products and technologies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
