We are a leading manufacturer of capacitors, known for delivering high-quality products to clients across various industries. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

The Backend Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing backend operations, ensuring smooth order processing, and assisting with customer-related inquiries. You will work closely with both the sales and production teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Customer Support**: Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and after-sales support.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer information, sales orders, and product details in the CRM system.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide insights to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Liaise with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- **Documentation**: Handle all necessary documentation for orders, including invoicing, shipping details, and follow-up.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and the sales team.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in backend sales support, ideally within manufacturing or a technical industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in capacitor manufacturing or a related electronics field.
- Understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
