**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Field Sales Representative** to join our on-ground team. If you're passionate about sales, marketing and eager to work in a startup environment where your skills and potential are truly valued, this role might be the perfect fit Freshers who are interested in sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Visits & Relationship Building**: Conduct daily field visits (max 7-8 per day) to potential clients, including clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, primarily across Coimbatore, Chennai, Erode, Salem, Mettupalayam, Tirupur, and Pollachi.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**: Identify and engage prospective clients, generate leads, and follow up on opportunities to close deals.
- **Product Pitching**: Present and demonstrate Simpld’s healthcare software to potential clients by understanding their practice requirements and addressing any queries or objections regarding product features, competition, and pricing.
- **Client Onboarding & Coordination**: Assist clients with the onboarding process and coordinate their training on the software to ensure smooth adoption.
- **Market Analysis**: Understand market trends, establish competitive advantages, and contribute to revenue growth.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance, adhering to short-term and long-term targets.
- **Follow-up Visits**: Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- BBA, MBA graduates or related field preferred but open to graduates in any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and marketing or those with up to 1 year of experience in the field are welcome to apply(Healthcare/software sales experience would be given preference)
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable with travel within Coimbatore and nearby cities (Chennai, Erode, Salem, Mettupalayam, Tirupur, Pollachi). A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
- Demonstrates a proactive, positive attitude toward sales and client relationships.
- This role involves both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, requiring a flexible and organized approach.
**Compensation**:
- **Package**: Rs. 2.5 Lakhs fixed + Rs. 0.75 Lakhs variable (based on performance)
- **Probation Period**: 1 month
- **Travel Allowance**: Travel expenses will be covered during field visits, and performance-based incentives are available on top of the base salary.

Pay: Up to ₹325,000.00 per year
