_**Responsibilites**:_**:

- Audit Calls (Live, Recorded & Remote) and score them on defined Template **_

**-Document the Calls Audited in the defined Template**

**-Should complete the Call Audit Targets within timelines**

**-Share Feedback with the Coordinators on a timely basis and ensure corrective**

**actions are taken**

**-Send Reports to all regularly**

**-Conduct regular Training sessions with the Team based on the errors identified**

**from call Audits**

**-Conduct & Attend weekly Call Calibration sessions**

**-Motivated to take additional responsibilities as assigned**

**-Identify and Bridge Process Gaps**

**-Identify Fatal Errors**

**-New Initiatives**
- **Process Quality Of Service**

**Qualification**:
**2. Should have exposure to BPO/ Call Center environment, and understand Quality Audit process of Voice process**
**3. Excellent Communication**
**4. Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
