**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily logistics station operations to ensure timely processing and dispatching of packages.
- Scan, sort, and stage parcels according to delivery routes.
- Coordinate with delivery associates, drivers, and other support staff to ensure efficient package flow.
- Perform quality checks to ensure packages are correctly labeled, sorted, and ready for delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Identify and escalate issues such as delayed shipments, damaged packages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Support inventory management including cycle counts, receiving shipments, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and document filing as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and work areas.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or package tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
