Responsibilities - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. - Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely manner. - Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed. - Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and customer experience. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong understanding of computer networks and operating systems. - Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
