**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** with a background in **medical or healthcare sciences** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, clients, and partners—helping resolve queries, offering product guidance, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand and explain medical products, devices, or services in a simplified and accurate manner
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving usage issues related to our healthcare solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, medical experts) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases with relevant information
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained
- Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices (if applicable)
- Handle sensitive medical data with confidentiality and care
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or other Healthcare-related field**:
- Prior experience in customer service or patient-facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to understand and explain medical concepts clearly to non-medical customers
- Empathy, patience, and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
