**Job Title**: Calling Executive & Site Survey Associate

**Location**: Surat

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar EPC services.
- Explain company offerings, answer queries, and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Maintain call records and update CRM with lead status.
- Conduct on-site visits for **solar project surveys** (residential, or commercial).
- Collect site-related data (rooftop measurements, shading analysis, load details, etc.).
- Prepare and submit site survey reports to the technical/design team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion from lead to project.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in calling/telecalling or customer handling (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Knowledge of solar industry is an added advantage (training will be provided).
- Willingness to travel locally for site surveys.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
