**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive
**Location**: Surat

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer questions effectively.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for field sales teams when required.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Polite, confident, and able to handle rejections positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
